Naomi, a young woman is obsessed with the legend of the Elysian Springs, is preparing to go search for them. After convincing her friends to join her, they go off on their search and discover that the springs don’t exist but instead find an abandoned train station and wagon. While exploring, Naomi discovers a mysterious conduit that triggers vivid hallucinations of another life.

As time goes on, the visions intensify, and she begins to realize they’re not hallucinations at all, they’re memories. Soon after, strange things begin happening around Riverside, including a mysterious mark that starts appearing on the townspeople’s skin, spreading like a virus.

Naomi eventually learns that Riverside is not a normal town but a purgatory, where souls are trapped by an entity named Dearbhail. As her own mark spreads, she becomes desperate to escape. So, she joins a group researching ways to escape Riverside and embarks on a journey to find the conduit keys that will unlock a portal out of the town.
